Anyway, you're obviously back from your hols in fine form!
They say they need members. But the potential ones end up as railway enthusiasts. See how to find us on Bournemouth web site. And it was 5am when I looked!
The fact they put the shop address on the website and not the actual track address is ultra stupid.No mention of "e-mail us first to find us where we are really located",Oh! And when we did arrive there was a single piece of A4 paper saying "Southern 32" outside the house!
The track wasn't even that good (Not a patch on ours) and yes im as bitter as a lemon because i had a dreadful days racing in the falcon class! Next year i'll give Bournemouth a miss. Also I feel sorry for the club members! They don't race anything faster than Falcon and 16D's! How very dull.
The Bournemouth track was originally behind the shop and that info is still implied on their website.
The trouble is that when they moved into Dereks back garden, not unreasonably, he didn't want his address made public - there is a mention on their site to contact Chris F for location details.
As the notice outside - wait until you try to find Netley!
Now you know what a good Club you've got!
