It was a 50/50 love with HO for me on the day. The cars being run we're abit tired and the slowest class used (Jody wasn't impressed) and therefore not much to watch. Although i did see a WIZZARD storm and that was quite quick. All very interesting stuff for me when i get a garage and build my own home track out of lollypop sticks and sticky back plastic!
Some of the comments on here about HO are very funny, has anyone actually checked out eahorc.com to see what is really going on.
Robin, the Wizzards are no longer our quickest cars, you should see the G3Rs in action. As for the slow stuff, much more fun to drive than watch but then most slot car racing does not make for good spectating most of the time.
I did get a go on the demo track in the end and it was alright. I have purchased enough track for when i build a permenant 4x12 0r 4x16 track similar to what they use in America for the Ohio Ho racing series. When i move house, next year hopefully, then i'll begin production! I do check Eahorc.com weekly for news.

Is the straight jacket, the HO thing to be seen in?
A straight jacket is about the only way we will keep him away from HO!

If you go for a track on those dimensions I would suggest you run the same power and car types as the Ohio guys too.
I would certainly be very interested to see that.
